Monmouthshire 6% regular saver

My RS matured yesterday into an Easy Saver. I requested transfer of funds to my nom bank account in the morning. Funds arrived in my Santander around 4pm but my full balance was still showing in my Mon Easy Saver in the late evening. It corrected itself this morning.
All the above done on the website. App still broke for me.

I also have a Principality RS maturing in a few weeks. I have just ignored the email as there are no good options. I am planning on just letting it move over into easy access and then manually moving money out. I think I will follow the advice on here though and leave a small amount behind to remain a customer.
