Email received last night (21:46) to say account opened but it did not give account number (I had sent deposit as soon as "Registration Successful" email received).
Could not see account when logged in but found that clicking on the cog to the right of "Add Account" revealed the details.

No account details in my "cog" "edit account details" pop up yet

Same here. I sent the opening deposit when I received the second email (Tuesday) but haven't had the third email yet.

Teachers BS Update for those still waiting for RS account opening and confirmation. Returned call from TBS confirming that my 2 RS applications that were stuck in the system from late night 30th May applications have been located and are now in the process of being processed and accounts being opened. TBS are now working on the stuck in the system back log too 😅.

Re Teachers
COP check (sending from Natwest) failed, with the message "Invalid reference entered. Sorry, we couldn't confirm the payee's details because the reference isn't one we recognise for this account number and sort code."
Anyone else get this? Did you proceed anyway, and did the money arrive safely?
I'm using the account number and sort code given in the 2nd email, and the reference REG followed 6 6 digits.

Got similar when transferring from Santander but different wording. Sent funds anyway (Tuesday) using the details and REG reference in the second email. Haven't received the third email yet and account not yet showing online (even using the cog mentioned in earlier post). Funds haven't bounced back.

Mine failed COP (HSBC) - payment sent after carefully double checking details and is now showing in account

Teachers BS RS 6.5%
In answer to some questions, my account is now showing with a code starting SO, then some numbers, then the first three letters of my surname. It is still showing a balance of £0.00 and the £250 I sent hasn't reappeared back in the nominated account I sent it from but I'm expecting it to pop up at some point! If it doesn't I'll simply email or secure message them to have them go and hunt under the proverbial desk for it!
When I made the payment it gave me the usual COP business of cannot find details, but I wasn't surprised at this and I double checked the details sent in my email so was happy to proceed.
I don't actually think this has been too much of a palaver and I appreciate they must be inundated so I'm happy for it to progress however slowly - I always worry when uploading personal documents and nothing has been requested, the account is now showing and I'm awaiting my letter in the post which my email said was on its way.
Hope this helps!
xx

Thanks all for responses. I think I'm going to wait a few days before trying to fund it, so that they have a chance to clear their backlog. There's no hurry.

Sorry if this has been discussed already, not having notifications lately has made it tricky to keep track of news..
Does “Savings for Teachers” really mean only teachers are eligible for the products?
