My First Direct regular saver matured yesterday, and the full balance has been transferred into my easy access savings account.

With yesterday being a Sunday and today a bank holiday I had not expected to see anything before tomorrow.

Have FD changed their systems or is this normal?

In April 2023 I had one mature on a Saturday with the money available that day in my savings account. It's a random number generator: sometimes it's incredibly quick and other times not. I suspect there's a manual processing element to it and it just depends on how busy its staff is.

I've now updated the Regular Saver timeline spreadsheet, so that should be up to date as of the end of April.

I've also removed 19 regular savers from page 1 of The Archived History Of Regular Savers Thread *** NO CHAT*** thread as they were withdrawn so long ago that even if you opened them on the last day they were available they'd've already matured. For those who are interested, these accounts remain listed on the Regular Saver Archives Spreadsheet.

In answer to your question, it appears to be the same issue relaunched, thus if you hold one My Milestone RS you wouldn't be able to open a new one. There's nothing to stop you refreshing the account though, it's also worth noting Mansfield do send out application packs with prepaid envelopes on request.

App (on Android) OK here - and last Friday's fund has been credited.

When I try to login to Furness on website it says they don't have any way to send 2fa, it worked yeaterday.

I sent them a message via website, and got a reply saying there was issues with the app, even though I said I was using the website!

Website login now working again 11.54am
