Tell me more about the crumpets please @bubbs - I haven't had crumpets since I started SW way back in 2010 and really like them.  Like you I'd have to have butter on them but happy to SWIP that!

Well done on the maintain @joedenise x

I did meet DSis and had a JP with tuna mayo. Came with a salad garnish and some HM coleslaw. Syns for the mayo so counting 4. Didn’t have salad dressing.

Dinner is chicken Alfredo which DS2 has been meaning to make for the last week. It contains cream and cream cheese.  I will sort syn value once I know what’s what.

I got a large squash at the allotment on Tuesday which I cut up and roasted today - then made 8 portions of soup. Managed to stab my palm whilst cutting it up - it was a beast. Hoping the soup is worth the pain lol.

How do the naan's compare in size to other HEX bread rolls @bubbs. I know it's a slightly different taste but you do good garlic bread yourself. 🤔

Well done on finding a SW friendly lunch @Coxy11. 🤞the chicken isn't too synful.

I'd take STS this week @joedenise. I know we all like a loss but it's better than going backwards.

Lunch out was good but quite a few syns. My main was liver and bacon with mash and onion gravy so not too bad. Unfortunately I also had breaded mushroom to start and 3 for a gin. ☹️ At least I didn't join the others in jam roly poly and custard. 🤣

Unlikely to eat anything else today so I'll draw a line and get back on it tomorrow.

Great news about the weight loss @maman, that’s really good going!
@bubbs, thanks for the info on what to look for in both Iceland and M&S. love a crumpet with butter but also with SW lemon curd.
@joedenise maintain is ok - better than a gain and it will be a good loss next week to compensate 🤞🏻

I’ve had a shocking day at work. One of my favourite patients passed away and another is in so much discomfort due to a fast growing tumour that they haven’t sat down for two days. They have stood and flopped into bed. Awful! Anyway, they are sorted for now and I’m 1/3 of a bottle down with a cheese bake and fresh sourdough loaf to dunk in. Hubby “cooked” whilst I had a shower. I’m afraid SW can do one tonight. Tomorrow will be a better day on the food front!

I’ve had a bit of a mixed week. Some great days on plan and then went totally off piste yesterday when I’d had 2 lots of sad news about people I know…..not much I can do for either except be there….and I know eating chocolate won’t help them, it didn’t do much for me except make me mad…..I was slightly better today but we ended up eating out as we went to a caravan show in the big city nearby.
Line drawn……back on track tomorrow after I weigh myself.
Love the clip about the kebabs….think it might have been one of Bubbs posts. I’ll be giving them a go 👍

Sorry things have been difficult for you both @Matron_Midge and @milann. Sometimes cheese and chocolate need to be deployed xx

    Morning,

DS2 cooked for us last night, bless him. Used what felt like every pot and pan, plus we ended up with small portions as he only did 275g of pasta for 4 of us. Delicious though and syns wise - I reckon at least 5. Due to small portion I had 5 orange matchmakers whilst watching TV - oops. Definitely under syns on other days though, so I’m not stressing.

I’m shopping with Mum today, plus DH and I are going to a Wassail at the local orchard this afternoon. We are then going out for drinks with friends in our old town this evening. I will be driving so no alcohol syns for me.

    Food today:
B - blueberry wheat pillows, blueberries, 0% Greek yoghurt, apple - HEB, S, free
L - brown rice pot - brown rice, feta, edamame beans, pickled gherkin/red cabbage/pink onions - Free, HEA, P, S
D - not sure - may have to grab something like (horror of horrors) a McD’s en route to the drinks. Will see if I can grab something at the SM to take with me instead.
    HEA - milk
    Syns - ?

Good luck to those weighing in today.
