    Excellent loss @maman 👏

Thank you for the lacto-free info @bubbs - mine is Arla semi skimmed. I’m trying it in tea/coffee as have sinusitis and it gets worse when I drink those drinks! Don’t want to switch to herbal tea entirely.

Still raining here. Don’t blame you just nipping to the SM @joedenise. I braved S’bourne high street but had a hood. Wasn’t out too long and bumped into Mum so dropped her home instead of her getting the bus 👍

Sorry I missed your loss @maman!  That's a brilliant loss, well done - bet you're pleased.

Fancy bumping into your mum in the High Street @Coxy11, in all the years my DD1 has lived in Sittingbourne I've never bumped into her in the High Street but that's mainly because I shop in the mornings and she tends to shop in the evening!

Ooh @bubbs the holy grail - how was it??

My Mum goes to the High Street most days @joedenise even all through lock down when she should have stayed in aged 80+.  For someone who lives alone, she always seems to need ‘shopping’ 🙄

Didn't know they were doing pancakes too?  Are they like crepes, scotch pancakes or American style ones?

Will have another look for the naan next week.  Were they on the shelves with the wraps?

    Morning all,

Those pancakes look interesting. I will see if I can get some when I’m next in town. I’m working today - not sure how long for, all depends on what’s in my inbox. I refuse to have my work email on my personal phone - boundaries!

DSis has asked if I want to do lunch at the village cafe. All depends on work. If it doesn’t pan out, I have a brown rice pot already made up. This can be eaten tomorrow otherwise.

B - toasted protein bagel thin, poached egg, tomatoes, banana - HEB, P, S, free
    L - tbc
    D - chicken pesto pasta, apple - 5, S
    HEA - milk
Syns - at least 5 - will see what happens later…

Morning all, the weather is certainly an improvement on yesterday!  The sun is shining but it is pretty cold.

Thanks for the info @bubbs, will look out for them next week when I go shopping again.  Got 2 Icelands and a Food Warehouse I can try.

Don't blame you not having your work email on your phone @Coxy11 - I wouldn't either.  Work stays at work!

I weighed this morning and as I thought no loss, in fact a very small gain of 0.2lb!  Suppose if I was going to group that may well have been a Maintain or even a gain of half lb!

    Today's plan:

    B - stuffed mushrooms - HE2, S; F
    L - lentil soup - P; S; F
    D - cheesey leek risotto - HE3; S; F; 6

    HE1 - milk
    HE2 - cheese
HE3 - Primula or Seriously Strong Light spreadable (depending if I go to shop!)
    Syns - extra cheese 6

All HEs calcium today!  A very cheesey day, doesn't happen often fortunately.

    Have a good day everyone.
