Well done on your 2lbs loss @Coxy11 and half a pound isn't to be sniffed at either @joedenise .👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I haven't weighed but I think my balloon stomach is going down a bit.🤞🏼Last year, it took until September to lose my holiday gain and that was going to group every week.

Have you told your DSis that you're doing SW yet @Coxy11 ? I was thinking that, unless you're planning to eat all meals out, you'd be able to have at least some breakfasts on plan next week.🤔

It's strange that they serve up the most unhealthy and unappetising foods in hospitals isn't it @joedenise . I remember being in just overnight for day surgery that went on so late that I had to stay in. In the evening I sent DH down to the M&S shop but in the morning I felt like Paddington Bear as all they could offer was white sliced and marmalade!🤣

Meal plan and the week's shop done. We've no plans to eat out this coming week either so onwards and downwards!

    Today's plan-
B- fried eggs and tomatoes on toast (P,S, fibre), milk for drinks (calcium1)
    L- ham salad (P,F,S)
    D- salmon (P), SW chips (F), green stuff (S), garlic mushrooms (S, calcium2)
Swips- LTL mayo 1, weekend wine😁

    Morning,

Looks to be a nice day again - just hope that extends to west London for our picnic!

I am taking a pork pie, potato and bean salad, baby bel and some fruit for me. There’s the usual filled rolls, pizza and other goodies for the family. I got some 7up zero yesterday so will take a little pot of balsamic vinegar to make SW Pimms. On it 💪

I haven’t told anyone I’m back to class @maman but will mention to DSis on the way up to Yorkshire. I have a second bean salad I can take with me to have when we stop at the services tomorrow.

Morning all, really warm again today and another load of washing out on the line. Don't think it will take long to dry!

I think London is forecast to be a couple of degrees higher than our part of Kent - could even reach 30 or more! You've got a good picnic there @Coxy11. Not had SW Pimms for a long time, enjoy!

    Today's plan:

B - Spoons Freedom breakfast - swapped the beans and tomatoes for extra mushrooms as not keen on either - P; S; 5 (2 small hash browns 4; oil 1)
L - toasted cheese sandwich, pickles - Fibre; Calcium; S
    D - butter chicken, rice, mango chutney - P; S; F; 8

    Fibre - bread
    Calcium - milk; cheese
    Swips - breakfast 5; butter 5; mango chutney 3

    Have a good day everyone.

Well done on the losses folks 🎉 I managed a wee half pound off this morning. Happy enough as I’d rather lose every week than yo-yo.

It was torrential rain here earlier @joedenise breezy too, definitely needed a cardigan when I went to group.

Found a few dresses I like but in MSE fashion have decided to wait and see if they go on sale. Did notice most shops starting to put out their Autumn/Winter ranges.

Breakfast was my usual granola with strawberries, raspberries and nectarine and Kvarg - 0.5 swips. I’m having what we call special fried fish from the chip shop for tea courtesy of DS2! It’s a huge slice of haddock in breadcrumbs deep fried. I’ve no idea how to count this - fish free? Then count for breadcrumbs and frying? I’ll have salad with balsamic with it.

Welcome back @bubbs glad you had a good time x

Well done @Jellybaby on your loss 🙌🏻

The picnic went well - about 25 of us in total. We brought home lots of rolls so DH will freeze them and that’s his packed lunches sorted for the week 👍

I was good. Had 3 SW pimms, pork pie, bean salad and fruit. Did have a couple of flapjack bites but breakfast was only 2 peaches and a banana and I’m having 2 hifi for my fibre choice. So the flapjack is my SWIPs 😊
