I did run 2 of c25k today. I did a different route which is more pleasant, and easier to add more on to. It does end with a big hill though which is a struggle 😆
I had a really frustrating day at work yesterday, so was having grumpy dreams all night. I woke at around 3.30 and gave up at 5.30 so got up to go out and try and run off my rage. It did help, and then we headed off to the seaside which always helps.

Glad you got to the seaside.

Thank you both 😊 We went to the seaside again on Friday so that was nice.

I haven't done my run 3 of C25K yet as my knees are feeling it a bit. I was going to join little miss at parkrun this morning, but she slept in so I decided to have another rest day. I'll try and get out tomorrow. If the pain gets worse, I'll go back to walking it for now. Back to work for me now, I've got two weeks until I'm on leave, so I want to get on top of things. There's lots of frustrating stuff going on at the moment, so it's not helping my mood, and I don't want things hanging over me.
DH is still off with the kids this week, so they should get some time out and about. We've got a couple of bits booked in for while I'm off, but I think I'd also like some time at home to try and declutter.
I've asked DH to pull my bike out and see if it is salvageable. I haven't used it for probably best part of 20 years. I feel like giving it a go. I doubt he'll get to it any time soon, but if it's too much for us to repair, we can at least get rid of it so it will be another thing decluttered.
We went out yesterday and got school shoes, trainers and everything else we need for the new school year. Including what we need for little miss's residential in September. I'm very glad that's all sorted now, I don't need to worry about it. A bit of a spendy day though!
I gained 0.5lb at SW yesterday which is so frustrating. I just can't get to my 3st! I've really been making an effort and it's so annoying not seeing the results. I've largely been off chocolate for about a month now, and even that isn't making a difference.

Great that you're investigating the bike, as you say that's a bulky thing to declutter even if you can't or don't use it. Some people buy old bicycles for bits so could be worth sticking it on a resale site for a week first
Re the weight, I think that's really normal as body goes 'I'm hanging onto my fat if I'm not getting fed my usual calories, thanking you' so one don't feel like it's a failing on your part, and two maybe switch up your diet if possible so body feels like it's getting a wide variety of food, and even have a bit of chocolate as long as it also has a walk involved
