    It’s frustrating but will start to come off again if you persevere so don’t lose heart. Could you ask at group to see if other members have tips?

    I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪

    Thank you, I will keep trying. It comes up a lot in group, I'm not alone in struggling! I'm trying @joedenise suggestions of spicy food and fish at the moment.
