Thank you. This is after a month of switching it up and trying new things as I've pretty much been gaining and losing the same few pounds since November! I've got some nice new recipes though, so all is not lost!
Yes, I drink loads of water, and don't often drink anything else.
My cycles are starting to be all over the place, so think my hormones probably aren't helping.I'm trying not to get put off!

I did run 3 of c25k this morning. Feeling good about that. Which is good as I'm already grumpy after looking through my work emails.
DH is taking the kids out today which I'm grateful for.

I've just done my blood pressure. It's coming up as normal, whereas previously it's been slightly raised. If that's a genuine reading (I did it 6 times 😂) then it shows that my health is improving even if the scales aren't!
