Thank you, what a lovely thing to say 😊 Keep posting, the support you can get from people on here is amazing, and they will pick you up when things are tough. And in the words of the great @beanielou you just have to keep plodding even when you want to give up or don't feel like you are getting anywhere, because you eventually will!

Happy Thursday! Nearly the weekend and nearly pay day at last! I went into the office yesterday for a long day and it actually did me the world of good. I saw some people I don't normally see, and managed to get on top of some frustrating stuff.
I managed to nip in town at lunchtime too and bought a huge pile of fruit for £5. Hopefully it has survived sitting in a hot office for the afternoon.
I wasn't in a good mood yesterday due to loads of issues at home the previous day, and I was all ready to blow the healthy eating, but I gave myself a good talking to, took lunch with me, and stuck to plan all day. So I felt better for that too!

well done you. It’s so easy to relapse to eating junk when issues arise.

Thank you 😊 That's progress for me for sure. Stressed eating is my default! I was just thinking about how cross Saturday me would be with yesterday me if the scales didn't move 😂

DH took the kids out today so I had peace to work at home. We won £10 on the lottery, so I'll send that to the mortgage when it arrives. It's our 18th wedding anniversary this weekend, so we are going to go out for a meal. We promised little miss we would if she did her walk in April, and haven't done it yet, so two birds, one stone 😆
I'm about to update the financials ahead of payday tomorrow.
I ordered some eclipse glasses for us today so we can go and see it. What's the bet the weather will break now and it will be all cloudy.
