Happy August!
A little extra to my PAD this morning for interest.
We went to two beaches yesterday which was a nice day out. We were stuck in traffic for a bit between them which was a shame, but it wasn't too long.
Visited family today and been shopping with DH. We're out for our meal later.
I lost 3lb this week and at very long last got my 3st award! 😁 Hopefully it won't take so long to get to 4! I also got a free recipe book for buying a countdown last week, so I'll have a look through that for inspiration later.
Not much else planned today, just chilling.
