Just 0.5lb off today which I'm disappointed in as I've been on plan all week. Hopefully it's just hormones. That 3st award is still being elusive!
I've made a plan for next week, need to write a shopping list. I'm trying to keep grocery costs down too, so that will help if I'm only buying what I need! I got a £135 love to shop voucher as part of my long service award. I don't really shop at most of the retailers, so I might use it for Food Warehouse. I did get myself a new swimming costume and little jwil a couple of bits from Matalan.
I've been through the rest of the school books the kids bought home, and identified a few bits I wanted to pull out, and the rest can go. Neither of the kids want to keep anything. I still have piles of the school books they've bought home in previous years which I need to deal with as well. That will make a difference! I'll just keep the odd bit that makes me smile.

Ooh, good point, thank you. I'll do that today. I found photos I'd taken back around 10 years ago or more, and it was amazing to see how far we'd come. I felt sick looking at them!

Shopping done and I definitely saved by having a list! I'm not entirely sure where the day has gone otherwise. I did sit out in the garden for a while with a book until the neighbours started blasting music 😡
There have been so many fires around here recently, so we have put fresh batteries in the smoke alarms.
I made jam tarts with little jwil.

Well done on the long service award, that’s lovely.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪0
