I'm surprised e-consult is still being rolled out, our surgery has been using it for about 5 years so I assumed everyone was now using it, you live and learn.

Ours switched in October apparently. So far, relatively unimpressed - having been asked as I went through the process what method of communication suited me best (email, thanks very much!) I promptly got a phone call yesterday evening offering me an appointment at a time which wasn't suitable, and being met with the usual incredulous reaction when I explained that I work, so no, 10am on a Wednesday morning didn't suit me. I'm now waiting for an email (which I just bet will be a phone call!) with a revised appointment!

I finally arranged an eye test but they have me down as a new customer so I have no idea how that will turn out. Changing to a local opticians was one of my OATs last year but for some reason all the email reminders still come from the old place.

I also finally remembered to post the vntd shoes today. I am now absolutely exhausted though, ridiculous week at work and despite working longer hours I've managed to get myself further behind. Eurgh.

Today I booked my car in to the garage to get my brakes done tomorrow (before I spent the money on treats because February is meh and I am tired).

I did however replace my mascara, which I have been thinking about since last summer.

I lit the fire earlier this afternoon, it's dying down now so I've put some stuff on it that helps keep the chimney clean. I usually get it swept in March.

Finally went for walk to get toothpaste etc from cheaper place. Don't know why I always have a mental block on this, it's just slightly out of the boundary I have in my head of near neighbourhood which is daft as its only another ten minutes

And cleaned the oven, just the fridge to go in the 'start of the month' clean 🙄😁

    Don't underestimate it @PennysIntoPounds , it's how we profile criminals 😂

Brakes done. That is all and that is quite enough.
