What a week. I hope you have a calmer weekend. Did you get all your counselling homework done? Hope the session goes well tomorrow 😊.

I think Miss Feral would like to go out now the weather is better but the roads have become so busy and barely a day goes by without someone posting on the village board about an injured cat that I have informed her she can issue threats to kill from the windowsill inside and I will think up entertainment that is not bullying the dog!
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

No, not quite and one I did do, I had a real mental block on and I did it just before the session, on the 4th attempt! 😳 Tough session this morning. Randomly ending up talking about the brutally horrific repeat nightmare (I won’t share the full details here as it really was grim) I had every single night for about two years in my early teens that I never told anyone about. I only told Mr KK about it a couple of years ago. Dunno why I ended up discussing it today, but describing how it felt to deal with that completely alone for so long, broke something in me and I ended up sobbing my head off at the counsellor, rather to his surprise I think … 🤷♀️
Anyway, I did manage to get two loads of washing on the whirly this morning and they were both fully dry by 3pm so they all got put straight away 😊 All shoulder rehab exercises done.
Met my friend for lunch in a new location. It was okay, but I don’t think we will repeat it - £6 just for parking! 😳 She (kindly) asked how the counselling was going. Shes had similar, in some ways worse, in some ways better childhood experiences so we can relate to each other a lot. She sent me a lovely message when I got home saying that I am good for her soul ❤️
Cooked a batch used sunflower protein nuggets. It’s okay but not amazing. Good enough to freeze down though 😊
Rescued a huge bumble bee from the kitchen who was extremely indignant at being trapped in a plastic pot until I could get her to the conservatory door 😉 🐝❤️
Quick steps routine with Rick to get them up (not as much of a walk after lunch as I was expecting). At 12.2K for the day now 👏😊
Told Mr KK about the fact I am doing counselling over dinner. He asked if he could ask why, bless him. I explained what it was focused on and then I explained how I’m paying for it, I.e. via funds form my mother. He liked the ironic justice of that … 😉
Right, I must away to box up the batch and have shower with neroli scented shower gel and then indulge myself with neroli scented body lotion 😊

Ironic indeed to pay for your counselling with money from your mother. Take it easy 🤗

Sending lots of hugs. Recurring nightmares, intrusive thoughts, constant anxieties etc are so much better said than knocking around in the large house of your head alone x

Chloe is such a giving creature …. 🙄😂
This morning we have had the joy of Rabbitgate! 🐇
I’m sitting there on the sofa, noodling about in MSE, minding my own business, when I hear an ominous ‘dragging’ sound coming from the cat flap to my right. I look up to see Chloe dragging a half grown rabbit 🐇 through the flap by the scruff! 😳
Chloe runs proudly up through the living room to just in front of me when she drops said rabbit. 🐇 Rabbit sees a gap behind the bookcase and dives for it. Chloe and I sit there for half an hour, but rabbit doesn’t reappear. Chloe loses interest and goes out again … <thanks cat!> 🙄
I continue sitting there until Mr KK appears, when we have to completely uncover and empty the double stacked bookcase (it was one of his …). We lift the book case and the rabbit 🐇 takes off … It tries to parkour the sofa but slips and falls in the waste basket. Mr KK tries to grab the waste basket but misses and knocks it over instead. Rabbit is bewildered. 🐇😵💫 Mr KK herds rabbit out of the door with the waste basket, with the contents flying like confetti! Rabbit exits through open door.
I now have a rabbit, somewhere, in my garden …. 🙄I wipe down the filthy empty bookcase, empty the dishwasher, put the kettle on, get my dinner out of the freezer, put Mr KK’s wash on. Mr KK meanwhile, is down on the floor, lovingly reloading his books into the bookcase, whilst carefully sorting them into read and unread … 🙄😂
I now, finally, have a cuppa! As Mr KK said, when he finally settled in next to me, it wouldn’t be Sunday here without a bit of drama! 😂😂😂😂😂😊❤️
