Oof well done on surviving MiL.

Hopefully the physio helps in the long run, even if it hurts now.

Unlikely to be the first two - Chloe wouldn’t have it! 😂 Could be Mr squirrel though … 🤔

Thanks @beanielou 😊 The one good thing is that I know I am (very) gradually improving and that trigger point being so severe will be fundamental to my recovery / getting back function 😊

Thanks @Merlin's_Beard 😊 I want to go into my late 50s and 60s being a LOT fitter than I have been for a long time.

Really?! Noooo …? She has never shown the slightest interest in green things … I honestly don’t know she’d reach either … 😂

Mine are always chewing plants. Spider plants are popular in the winter.

Thank you 😊 Feel like my shoulder and upper spine have been tenderised like a piece of steak this morning! 😕 I have taken both ibuprofen and paracetamol …

Cabbage worms? Do you mean caterpillars? I think it's a bit early for those, plus you normally see their droppings. And the pattern of eating is different - the outer leaves are all untouched, it's just the centre bud that has been munched.
