Impressed you got out on a school night. That always eludes me!

Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

Our weather forecast has just changed to 37 for tomorrow (it is merely 32 here right now). EMR have cancelled their trains due to the tracks being too hot. People are not making good decisions, it is silly weather now. Don't expect too much sanity out there KK

Do put in an email confirmation of what they asked and what was agreed so they can't come back in a couple of months and say 'it was KajiKita being bossy and taking the lead'

Enjoy your chippy tea, much deserved!

That's a shame about the holly bush but so it goes with plants, especially in this mad climate. It can go on to do other brilliant things now in it's next incarnation

Sorry-not-sorry to hear of your plant centre 'accident' 😁

Gorgeous pic of Chloe, what a loved and contented cat 😊

My last but one cat insisted on having a garden chair put out for him next to mine. There would be much fixed glaring in my direction if I didn't comply immediately when he strolled outside to join me😻
