@vulpix - I am so sad for you to hear this about beautiful Fomo. It is heartbreaking to lose a beloved fur friend. I am glad that he made it home and that you were able to ease his pain and be with him. Please take care of yourselves. Sending hugs from afar 💐xx

@suzeesu2000 - I hope your husband feels better soon.

@Yorkie1 - repairing jeans with visible patches and hand stitching is very on trend. Look up visible mending for jeans. I would sacrifice the worst pair for patches and have a go. The patches that you can buy and stick on are quite stiff so aren’t necessarily comfortable depending on where they are placed.

I have been eating frogs 🐸 and finding it exhausting. It’s interesting how appealing decluttering looks when I am trying to avoid tackling a frog.

Yorkie1 - thank you. I am not looking forward to the car journey - I am used to travelling on the train. I will go home on the train. Will have to leave my sewing machine at my son & dil's house but have 2 machines I can use at home. Patches are very in fashion with visible stitching.

vulpix - very sad news. Thoughts and prayers for you.

I am just having a couple of cups of tea - will need comfort breaks on the journey.

I am planning to be away for 3 weeks.

On my way to my brother's with train being stuck at red lights many times so the guard was giving a guided tour telling us what was on the left and right as we inched forward, new covent garden, battersea dogs home , international junction - apparently where the euros star used to go… 50 minutes to get from Waterloo to Clapham Junction.....I am now slightly wary of my planned train trip holiday from poland via Switzerland to Italy:(
