    Please may I join this challenge.
    Id like to save £7500 this year or increase our ‘bottom line’ by that amount.
    Might be a bit ambitious as we have to have building work done this year but I’m feeling very encouraged and would like to be accountable.

    I'd like to do this again this year - I was #47 last year but not bothered what number I get for this year.

    I'm aiming for £8,000 this year as I've dropped a day at work so need to see how I go.

    #1 £1000 for January. 

    £250 to YBS regular saver and £200 to Nationwide regular saver.  £550 to personal savings account so £1000 in total. 

    I have lots of travel costs over the next two months to pay out for so I do not anticipate being able to add to that this month.

    Good, good, that is what I thought.

    Updated to here - 37 of us confirmed so far
    Save £12k in 2025 #2 I saved £14,660.97 of £6000 or 244.35% of my target. The 2026 Save £12k in 2026 thread is here
    OS Grocery Challenge in 2025 I finished the year at £2880.99/£3000 or 96.03% of my annual spend so I am sticking with a £3000 annual budget for 2026
    I also Reverse Meal Plan on that thread and grow much of our own premium price fruit and veg, joining in on the grow your own in 2026 discussion thread
