Loving all the ideas and how we're all so different, looking forward to getting stuck in again this year. @DundeeDoll you know we all love the food & drink ones so make sure to keep us updated on the teas for sure!
suzeesu2000 quick question from me, is your list of things at the bottom of your sheet for your 26 things that bring you joy? If so that's a great idea that I may steel! You laugh because I'm different - I laugh because you're all the same3 -
I totally get this, could you do a list of 26 things that you want to do over the year so with no x amounts of it if that makes sense. So it could be like:Muddy_Walker said:Hi!
I have been thinking hard about this….as I have a serious illness and work full time I don’t want to cram in too much or ill overload myself.
What suggestions do you have?
MW
1. Read a non fiction book
2. Go for a walk etc......
It can be as challenging as you want to make it. Also there's nothing wrong with including some stretch challenges in. You don't have to complete the full list, the whole idea is this acts as motivation and that you finish the year in a better position that when you started it.
You laugh because I'm different - I laugh because you're all the same5 -
Taking the illness into consideration, would 26 early bed nights be any use? Sit outside and watch the birds 26 times, cream face, hands and feet, like a mini spa day 26 times are other things I can think of. hthMuddy_Walker said:Hi!
