My first experience with an S&S ISA transfer, turned out to be easy enough as I could do it all in specie. Now on the next one!

Got my Barclays cash yesterday. I transferred out my cash ISA the same day as it was credited and left only £1 (plus interest) in Barclays that now needs to move as well. As their was no holding limit for the cash in the ISA the transfer out worked well (with some chasing).

IG also sent an email that I will get tomorrow my free shares from the January promotion.

Been very busy recently so not too active here.

Any promotions that I should be aware about that credit cash or shares and can be done quickly without long holding periods?

How many business days after transfer completion are people generally receiving their Barclays Smart Investor cashback? T and C say up to 60 business days but hoping it’ll be quicker than 60.

Mine completed 6th Feb, and the terms were within 60 business days of the transfer(s) completing or the end date of the promotion (14th Feb) - which ever is later.

So in my case 38 business days have passed since 14th Feb (and 43 since 6th Feb) without payment yet.

It was a very quick turnaround for me. My last transfer completed on 25 March and the cashback was paid on 01 April.
