Barclays, upto £2500 cash back for a cash, investments, or ISA transfer

Last week Barclays had confirmed that I am eligible for the cash back, and today I was told that I have not registered and they cannot see a record of the call (??) so they are saying 'no' to cash back. And Barclays said that my current provider has accepted the transfer request yesterday.
Is it worth contacting Barclays to ask what is going on with the 'cash back'? and is there a time frame of when I can cancel my transfer out to Barclays?

I am not able to find in online form to put my complaint in writing, so will call them and will contact my current provider to pause the transfer.
