Is there perhaps a misunderstanding? If your transfer isn't yet complete, you are not likely to qualify yet because they don't know the actual value of your transfer until it's been completed.

checked with barclays who seem reluctant to check and confirm that cashback registration successful, they are aware that no email confirmations sent out at time of registering, advisor thinks that should have been some sort of confirmation to those registered, all they could advise me is that if registered successfully, cashback would be payable within 60 business days of transfer complete date, which for me shows as 23rd january

so still in the dark and a wait and see

The T&C's said:

"We will make the payment to your nominated bank account linked to your Eligible Smart Investor Account(s) within 60 business days following
the end of the Offer Period, or within 60 business days after the completion of the last eligible transfer, whichever is later"

Which would suggest the 60 business days would be counted from 14th February, in your case?

yep...advisor at barclays says 23rd jan rather than 14th feb, perhaps muddled about own t&c's

I think I might have received my bonus paid into my linked bank account (for direct debits), as I don't have a GIA/investing account. Switch completed about a fortnight ago.

It's not the most obvious with ref "cashbackoffer25-26. Anyone else?

just done half of isa to freetrade for £1500 hopefully....left rest with barclays, once hotel voucher from tsb comes through will switch to barclays prem for £400.....and will give another 6 mths or so and look to go from barclays to lloyds prem and isa if cashback an option at that time. have done very well this year and will carry on isa xfers if offers come up (had hl already) but this round of bank account switching will be the last for me

prob get billed around £250 overall from barclays in meantime but a price worth paying
