That's not so bad considering what has been forecast, but expect Tue/Wed/Thu to be the worst days, with Fri more like tomorrow, and a reprieve at the weekend.
I had been seriously considering jumping off Agile onto a fix at this point, but the early mornings don't look too bad and the Nord Pool auction for tomorrow peaked lower than I had feared, so I think I can ride it out.
Potentially there is some saving in the coming week to be had from jumping onto FreePhase Static, but I don't know how readily one can alternate between the two.

Similar for East Midlands but less so.

       Green 16.47
       Amber 24.85pkwh
       Red.   45.72pkwh

        Will Agile be even higher?

It took 5 days on SVT before EDF put me on Dynamic. EDF have a 9month rule like Octopus for switching between Static and Dynamic.

If the afternoon auction mirrors Nord Pool, Agile overnight will be 15-16p, morning will be 21-26p, peak will be in the 52-55p range, and then evening will be 30p dropping to under 20p by 10pm. So potentially peak will be worse and other times may have some slightly more attractive pricing.

That's a shame, so they are wise to the potential of people jumping between them to avoid the expensive days. At Octopus the 9 month rule applies to Tracker, but it's just a month for rejoining Agile.

North West Region rates, at least all off peak rates below SVR, decent overnight rate.

Thanks.  I need to get around calculating what I'm paying on average based on my usage per day to make sure it is keeping below the SVR.  I'm sure it will be.

Unless you have read something that I have not seen, rule is if leave Dynamic cannot go back on Dynamic for 9 months, I cannot see anything that prevents someone from changing from Static to Dynamic if they have not been on Dynamic during previous 9 months.

Even on an expensive day bear in mind that, using the bristolleedsfan chart above, you would need to use a large proportion of your Electricity during the 3hr peak rate to be above peak rate.

          21hours are cheaper than SVR!

Thanks.  Generally do cooking between those peak times, but as you say the other times should more than make up for it.
