Thanks everyone x She is super cute!

@Cheery_Daff She does have a name but it doesn't really mean anything to us so we will change it. Our other girls have norse names, Dog 1 who passed recently was Freya so we think we'll stick with a name along those lines 🙂

I've been mortgage free once, so let's do it again!

    Pup is so cute😀

Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

Firstly Happy 40th When it comes jessy xxx

I'm sure you'll do this but first place I'd start would be your job description and how long that work takes you.

Then look at the work you do that used to be in other departments or under other people's remit and how long that takes.

Then remind (in whatever way you think will go down best) that employers rely on employee's goodwill however you will henceforth be focusing Firstly and potentially completely on 'your work'. Anything else would be a bonus.

definitely no harm in having a note of everybody that you can remember has changed hours or days that you can remember. Handy to have facts at your fingertips

And finally a look at acas cab and other websites about dda to ensure what you are asking is within its limits

Good luck with it all. By the time you go back you'll be in a much stronger position
