    - OPs to mortgage = £12,345 Estd. interest saved = £5,863 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    I am going to try to do this for 10 days from next week as we celebrate our Golden Wedding this weekend and have the family party to pay for, but after that, hopefully can manage to have 10 NSD's fingers crossed.  New to the forum.
