LLoyds and Halifax 'co servicing'

when i log in to the app for either Lloyds or Halifax, the launch page is "Summary" i prefer summary as thats where you can pick and choose to "hide" accounts.
when my OH logs in to either app the launch page is "Everyday" which of course shows all accounts.
where is the option to set the default "launch page"?
thanks.

Also, co-servicing isn't limited to online/app banking. The customer service staff nominally working for one of the brands now have access to all three so it might be possible that via joint account linkage, a CSA doing telephone banking/complaints/other services could have full visibility of the other joint account holder's accounts and might say something they shouldn't.

There's isn't an option to set this yourself. You'll need to ring them.

thanks. a shame its not an option in the customization tab and a bit odd that each of us have different launch tabs.

One thing I have noticed is that you can't get a PDF credit card statement other than from the relevant bank site / app.

That's true, you still need to sign in to the relevant banks app to do things specifc to that bank.
If you sign in to the Halifax app, you can do an internal transfer from Halifax to other Halifax and Lloyds accounts, but not from Lloyds to Halifax. You have to setup a payee for that, or log in to the Lloyds app.

I can do internal transfers both ways, from Halifax to Lloyds, or Lloyds to Halifax, using either app.

Yeah, your right, did not look properly.
On the desktop it did not show my accounts from the other bank near the top until I clicked show all accounts. No space I guess, have a lot of accounts from both.
My bad.

I got caught out by doing that and it cost me £3.
I have a Halifax reward account with a £3 per month fee unless I pay in £1500 a month. I usually pay in £1500, pay my monthly saver, then transfer the bulk of the remaining money out again.
I also have a Lloyds account with a £2000 requirement and two regular savers.
Last month I paid my £2000 into Lloyds, paid all three regular savers from there, then transferred the balance out, without noticing I had inadvertently skipped the £1500 funding requirement for the Halifax account and ended up with the £3 fee.

Oh, good spot. Made me realise I've done exactly the same thing!
