Not, it seems, on Android yet.GalacticaActual said:This has now gone live today, in my Halifax and Lloyds Bank iOS apps, possibly with the v176.03 update.3 -
it might not be per-app update but per-user from a previous app version.
you'd expect the website to show it then otherwise as there's no per-operating system website

There was still a Halifax branch in both Edinburgh and Glasgow up until a year or so. The one in Glasgow was actually opposite a Bank of Scotland branch which was surprising too.Enzo_L said:

Might be tricky in Scotland, no Lloyds branches to move to. LBG are busy closing BoS branches, seem daft to rebrand the Scottish Halifax branches to BoS when they've just closed the BoS branch over the road.GTR_King said:So you’re saying one day! All Halifax branches/accounts will move over to Lloyds
Think they'll leave the Scottish Halifax's alone.

Thank you, I didn't think I was imagining the thing.steven141 said:

Android update installed for HFX, 176.01, but not showing for BOS or LLoyds1

No @Hattie627 - You have confused your banks. RBS was essentially setup by the English crown to compensate (bribe) the Darien investors (largely Scottish nobles) to vote for Union along with the threat of an English invasion / blockade and removal of English property rights.Hattie627 said:
Yes, think BoS dates from 1695 or thereabouts. If I recall my Scottish history correctly, it had something to do with the failed Darien scheme. A proper disaster, that was. Oops, better not stray into the politics of the Treaty of Union.huw01 said:
Nah the bank of scotland brand is too historic being the oldest bank in Scotland and issuing its own bank notes to be dropped. It is too much of national importance to be droppedOrangeBlueGreen said:I think the same Lloyds in England and Wales, BOS in Scotland
or maybe just become Lloyds Banking Group centres for all 3.

Halifax reopened three branches in Scotland in 2013/14:flaneurs_lobster said:

But they didn't last. All three either closed or were rebranded to Bank of Scotland in the following decade.
So, going back to your original point, there aren't any Halifax branches in Scotland for Lloyds Banking Group to "leave alone".

My app has been updated!I can see all my Halifax & Lloyds account in both apps only thing I can’t View is my statements in inbox for example can’t view Halifax statements in my Lloyds app only monthly PDFs1

Which is why I find this pretty pointless & therefore it's a marketing trick or whatever, the only difference I see is they've added Lloyds to the BOS/Halifax mix as I can already see BOS & Halifax in either of those appsHattie627 said:Just a caveat before anyone starts deleting apps.
