Have reminded them I am entitled to £500 and hope the USD figure is a typo.
    Entitled? Really?

Hope they agree and you get your cash.
if by their reckoning I am eligible/entitled to the award it should be £500 as advertised and not $500

I still have no bonus and no possibility of withdrawing my final £5K. :s

Using two different bank accounts seems to have really thrown their automated security, although there's no reason that funding via more than one source shouldn't be allowed. As long as it's not being laundered obviously.

The most recent message I received from their support was on Wednesday, withdrawals and investments blocked so now I am trying the account manager route.

     was able to withdraw
the fix was applied to my account
hope that is good news for others aswell
You've been lucky.  I still getting the account limits error message so can't withdraw anything at all.  I had an email on Friday to say they were applying a fix on Monday but no emails today.  I'm trying to get hold of my Account Manager on WhatsApp but no joy so far....very very frustrating.

Edge Saver applied for on 12 December went payable on 10 January despite no claim for non tracking being submitted. Was going to leave it due to number of  Santander accounts opened, other accounts opened on same date still pending,

Quilter Invest 2% cashback max £200
A while ago I posted a link to the list of ETFs on quilter.com, but this isn't quilterinvest.com.
Quilter Invest only have a very restricted range of ETFs. A few trackers including MSCI World, S&P 500, FTSE 100, FTSE 250, gold and a corporate bond fund as well as a few BlackRock multi asset funds (Consensus 35, 70 & 100). I've got my fill of equity so the most cash-like is the corporate bond fund.
Cashback is paid between 29 July and 19 August, so hold for about 7 months. Fees are £2 per month and 0.25% annual fee. Investing £10k for 7 months equates to nearly £30 in fees. That leaves £170 cashback after fees for 7 months after investing £10k, which equates to about 2.9% annualised give or take.

    Thank-you for doing the sums.

Ah ok, so I was right with my initial suspicions then. No idea why they are so restricted, but I'm out. Again.

Just had email saying there was a problem with crediting my shares and $500 would be credited to my a/c to use as I wish. Have reminded them I am entitled to £500 and hope the USD figure is a typo.
I think they've changed the wording as mine says 'the cash equivalent should be credited to your account within five business days.'

What a bizarre way for a company to work!  If they'd just replied saying that I'll get my shares in 90 days I would have been quite happy - after all this what they promised and if I didn't read this website it's what I'd have expected.  It's as if they've decided they've been too generous with other people so they might as well be too generous with me!

After a second bad Trustpilot review from me, Etoro replied before 8am on Friday 16th to apologise, and said the operations depart had been informed to apply my bonus. They then put "solved" on my open ticket from the 9th. Well here we are on Tuesday 20th and still waiting. All the positive reviews on Trustpilot must be fake, surely? Anyway, third negative review incoming!😂
