This is in effect how I'm using this thread, so yes!OwnedByACat said:Is there any interest over an announcement thread on this topic (like the regular and easy access saver ones), leaving this as the discussion thread? Or is it better to do a different thread for each offer?
Alright, I've done it despite a lack of popular demand. So similar form to the Easy Access/Regular Saver, one thread just for announcements and another for discussion

I’ll pass on this one as I get more in interest in easy access accounts, without risk of losing capital (ignoring risk of inflation).OwnedByACat said:Open and fund any Prosper savings or investment account with a minimum of £10,000 and get £100 when you keep it on the platform for at least six months across savings and investments.https://www.prosper.co.uk/cashback-offer1 -

My husband had is confirmed without funding, hasn't paid yet.bristolleedsfan said:Did anyone get Cahoot cashback paid without funding account??????1 -
The actual wording says "you open the account with £500 or more". That said, I couldn't see a way to pay any money in as part of the application process so presumably first payment of £500 within 30 days is enough?bristolleedsfan said:
30 days to fund Santander Isa.s71hj said:On the Santander easy access Isa, does anybody know when you have to fund by and until when for the £25 TCB cashback (not the voucher, which is by 31/12 and until 31/1,but irrelevant for me as I have voucher eligibility lined up from another product). I know the minimum to operate the account is £500 but not clear when you have to fund by /how long for from the point of view of Santander allowing it to remain open unfunded or meeting the TCB terms for cashback .0 -
I get more than £100 by keeping my money in a savings account than putting it into Prosper. My investments go into my SIPP or my S&S ISA. The latter is getting moved temporarily to Barclays for £2,500.OwnedByACat said:friolento said:

It’s got its own thread somewhere but worth mentioning here as well: get up to £2,500 when transferring your ISA to Barclays Smart Investor

As both the Simple and Sunny Day Savers have a minimum balance of £1 and cashback for Cahoot takes a while, there's presumably a risk that the accounts could get closed before the cashback is confirmed/payable so I stuck £1 in each of mine not long after they were opened.bristolleedsfan said:Did anyone get Cahoot cashback paid without funding account??????

Well they just closed my fixed isa, presumably because although the law allows multiple cash ISAs in the same year, Santander does not (at a wild guess... legacy system constraints...?). So my cashback appeal isn't going to get very far with that one.
Maybe once the Instant ISA cashback is payable, I'll close that and have another go with the fixed one...
Reopened a new edge saver, nothing tracked (no surprise) but at least I have the OLA number this time!0 -
Did you fund the instant ISA with a small deposit ? You can open more than one cash ISA with Santander but they only accept new subscriptions into one in any one tax year so if you open two, you'd need to fund one of them with a transfer.artyboy said:Well they just closed my fixed isa, presumably because although the law allows multiple cash ISAs in the same year, Santander does not (at a wild guess... legacy system constraints...?). If you pay new subscriptions into one and then close it, I'm not sure what would happen if you tried to open another for further subscriptions.2
