None of the emails I got from Santander that I can see seem to have an OLA reference number. Sigh.

Haven't got voucher yet and now feel it's unlikely my claim will be successful.

That OLA reference only appears on a response window at the end of the application process - if you don't note/screen print it at that point and click OK then it's gone.

I've tried raising TCB claims using the account no/sort code of the opened saver (because there's nothing else that can be used) - no joy so far.

It's also in the body and subject line of the, "thank you for your recent application" email you're sent immediately following your application.

Strange, can see such emails for Santander Credit Card & Current Account applications in the last year but not for recent savings products.

As you said before, for these savings accounts (unlike the current accounts in previous voucher offers) the OLA was not quoted in the email or email header, only on the screen when you completed the application. If not noted down then, or printed, you don't have it any more.
