oddly they did send an email re the application for the Fixed Saver that had the OLA in it as a highlighted leader (I've changed the last 2 digits to xx)
ACK001 - Your Santander application ref : OLA1765489866xxBut having checked through my emails incl bin and junk they don't seem to have sent emails confirming the appiications for the other Saving accounts we opened (although I had learnt from bitter past experience and did screen shots of the OLA page for them all anyway)

Was that for a second savings account (as you said you would try a claim for that)?

No, this isn’t a recent thing. Having a quick look in my emails I have one for an esaver from October 2022. I suspect the problem is that people delete them.

I didn't suggest it was a recent thing? But I can confirm, as others have reported, that at least some of us, me included, didn't get the OLA for the savings account quoted in an email or email title for the £10 voucher for a savings account that was live last December. Only in the screen confirming the actual application. And no, I didn't - and wouldn't - delete any email with it. I'm an email hoarder, not deleter!.

Not the second of the same type / name, but the umpteenst of the various TCB offers

Ditto, I don't delete emails - blessed with gigabits of spare storage. Just annoyed that I didn't screenshoot the reference as I try to do as a matter of course whenever new details are displayed.

Sorry perhaps I wasn't clear. Have you now had 2 x £10 GC from the Dec Santander savers offer for two different savings accounts (eg 1 x EasyAccess, 1 x Limited Access) having had the first automatically and then having claimed for the second one and succeeded ( even though the Vouchersent T&Cs imply that only one GC would be issued regardless of number of savers opened). If so, how did you determine which OLA/Savings account to use for making the claim for the second one as I can't see from their emails which saver they have used for the first 'automatic' one I've received, so not clear which to use for any further claim?

First Direct cash ISA £100 cashback.
Good - Essentially stick £10k away for 3 months to get the £100
Bad - EA ISA only pays 2.75%. Not flexible
Cash ISA | Instant And Easy Access ISA - first direct
We'll give you £100 cashback when you deposit or transfer in at least £10,000 of new funds into a first direct Cash ISA.
The offer is available between 6 April and 4 May 2026 when you top up and/or transfer £10,000 (or more) of new funds.
How it works:
- if you don’t already have one, apply for a first direct Cash ISA in our App or Online Banking
- top up and/or transfer in £10,000+ of new funds by 4 May 2026
- maintain a Cash ISA balance of at least £10,000 until 31 July, and we’ll credit £100 to your 1st Account.

Someone crunch the numbers and compare it to £10k at say 4,5% for 3 months please.

Thanks - this looks good for me as I should get my £100 voucher from Santander (an even worse interest rate of 2%) by 26 April for transferring in £10k there so I should be able to transfer this to FD for another £100. Good spot!
