Yes I believe so one was couple of weeks back so surely won't qualify for transfer ?

Ah yes I see that one started on 31 January which seems to be same time as the transfer one. I asked their chat bot and got this answer

"No, you can't combine these offers. Both the Deposit Match and Transfer promotions specifically state that you cannot take advantage of concurrent promotions, incentives or promotional codes.
The Transfer Offer (TRANS3K) is only available to new IG Share Dealing clients who haven't held an IG account before 31 January 2026, so if you've already done the Deposit Match offer, you wouldn't be eligible for the Transfer Offer anyway."

Not sure about the last bit but it looks like I sent you on a wild goose chase.

I looked at this but all I ended up with was a sore head.

I was wanting just to check the eligibilty rules via the Barcley's message function but its links didn't seem to work - either on the web site (via various browsers) or in its app. The only way I could get in contact was on some apple imessager bit I came across. Here, the operator advised that the message function had been turned off for a bit.

Did I mention my sore head?

eligibility is straight foward, as per the T&Cs.

I think you could also start an application- they would soon tell you if you don’t qualify.

They are offering a £20-£100 to you and a friend if they invest £100.

I'm hoping it will at least double up the £23 I got 🤞

NB: they ask that you keep the money in there for a year though.

I tried to withdraw the Invest Engine bonus and received this email:

Please note that, in line with our Terms and Conditions, any bonuses received must remain invested for a minimum of 12 months before they become eligible for withdrawal.

If a withdrawal is made that includes the bonus amount before this period has passed, the system will automatically apply a clawback of the bonus

For anyone who recently opened up an IG account for the £200 match bonus (using the DEPOSIT200 code) and was concerned there was no confirmation email or anything to say it had gone through, I've received an email today confirming it. All good.

Congratulations. You have officially qualified to get your deposit matched. All because you took that first step and invested with IG.

Now, all you need to do is remain invested or place new trades each month for the next 5 months, until 30 June. And you’ll get your deposit matched by 31 July.
