I got the same about 10minutes ago.

New to all this but got the IG email so first free money £200, albeit a few months off.

Also had 2 emails from them about inviting others, £50 for them £100 for me. I have family members up for this (if I do all the work and fund).

Have read the T&Cs and it states

1. To qualify for the Promotion, the person making the referral (“you”) must: a. have held an active account (other than an IG Smart Portfolio account) with IG Markets Limited, IG Index Limited or IG Trading and Investments Limited, each of whose registered address is Cannon Bridge House, 25 Dowgate Hill, London EC4R 2YA (“we”, “us”, “IG” or “our”) for at least 3 months; b. be a direct retail client of IG; and c. be an individual and resident in the UK.

Obviously not been with IG for 3 months, thoughts/any experience with this?

Mine was finally opened after the cut off date but a helpful customer services person went to the marketing dept who said I could still get it as the delay was not wholly my fault so fingers crossed I'll get the email in a couple of weeks. Incidentally I have found customer services with IG very helpful - my wife had a problem with her login too and they were very proactive in resolving it.

I did a Charles Stanley transfer for cashback last year and referred my wife to transfer her ISA.

The cashback and referral fees have just been paid. No dramas, no chasing, no email to say it had happened, the money just appeared in our accounts.

£600 for her and £250 for me, for transferring £50k.

WeBull - very straightforward to open the account and I can see the £50 ETF vouchers in Pending in My Rewards on the app.

However, trying to navigate the app is painful. It is very poorly laid out and I gave up trying to invest 🙄

I'll wait until the £50 ETF voucher comes in and then I'll give it another go.

We are indeed offering that promotion, but it is currently only available to a select group of members.

These offers are typically rolled out to specific "cohorts" based on account activity or other criteria. If you were part of the group eligible for this particular promotion, you should have received an email notification with the details and instructions on how to claim it.

If you haven't seen an email, it's worth double-checking your spam or "Promotions" folder just in case it landed there!

No such luck for me, unfortunately.
