I wonder if it would work if I just entered the promo code, which I can do, just that I haven't had the invite.
How quickly do you receive the £30, and how long do you need to maintain a balance of £100 for?

60 days I think until you receive the voucher?

So I tested this out by applying START1, and it seems to have worked. 😆
It's now inviting me to deposit £100 to get the £30 reward.

You need to open an instant access savings account, or prize savings account, but that only takes a minute.
I currently have a Chip ISA, which is maxed out for this tax year, so will just put the £100 in a GIA. Doesn't look like you need to invest in anything, or even hold the £100 balance for any period of time.

Forget the prize savings account it's a rip off!

What even is it? I went for the instant access savings account, but it looks like the £30 can be paid into either

Chip
I received email with this offer. It took about a week for money to be transferred and invested. They paid £30 directly to my linked current account. Can’t remember how long it took to receive it, only remember that it didn’t take longer than promised.

CHIP
I’ve just downloaded Chip and signed up, the free 100 entries in the Prize Draw promo is there already. I’ve input START1 and the promo has appeared for the £30 BUT when I try to open a GIA I’m getting an error message ‘The operation couldn’t be completed (Networking.NetworkResponseContentError1) anyone else got this ?0 -
Potential Chip offer....
Am I right in thinking the minimum monthly fee is £1? The wording is a tad ambiguous (to me at least).

Code worked for me, £30 credited to my (otherwise empty) savings account within a couple of hours of transferring £100 to the GIA, indeed before the investment is even showing up in the GIA. Thanks for the suggestion.
