    £150 added to my Scottish Power account. No email, no letter, nothing in account details to explain but that's definitely the warm home discount applied. Two weeks earlier than last year.

    Good to hear....I've only become eligible this year due to housing benefit being applied, not heard or received yet but fingers crossed

    Our WHD letter arrived today, some 2 weeks after our account was credited (Octopus).

    Just to make British Gas customers aware. If you are eligible for the WHD(pay on receipt, direct debit) it may only show up as a credit on the actual bill and not be mentioned anywhere in your online account. Happened to me and my neighbour, only realised we had the discount applied when we were billed. Majority will be credited by January.

    Ist time I've become eligible and received letter today  rang them and a very helpful lady took my details and confirmed....I'm with Octopus so will keep an eye on my account...really pleased
