    Just had our letter, will be interesting to see how long it takes Octopus to credit.
    But then again can't see the energy co's getting the funds all at the same time.

    I'm waiting with fingers  crossed first year I've been eligible due to including housing benefit. I'm with Octopus

    Got the letter on Monday 3rd Nov and Octopus paid it yesterday Tuesday 4th.

    Octopus have credited me now as an ex customer (I left 2 or 3 days after the qualifying date). 2 emails received and queried as to how they'll pay me - direct debit bank the response although I didn't think they still had details. We will see in next 7 working days.

    ETA: WHD paid to my bank account by Octopus today 6/11 so very fast resolution of the payment to a former customer.

    Had a letter at start of the week. Email from Octopus on Wednesday and money was credited later that day. Missed out last year, so happy I received it this year.

    Checked Scottish Power bills & bank statements. I can see Scottish Power paid it last year on December 5th. No letter yet.
