You just need to make 30 card transactions (purchases). These could all be on the same day and they could also be all in the same store. No reason to go to 30 different stores!seasider32 said:I signed up for this, assuming I can spend 1p 30x to get this offer, it doesnt say but checking interpretation, if i did 30 transactions in 1 day at 30 different stores that would qualify? Its not 1 every other day, its just a flat 30 transactions?1 -
Is it just me or the has the world gone mad?
back in the day you did your shopping and paid for it
now we are scanning 30 carrots one at a time !1 -
Back in the day no one offered you £100 for opening a bank account.mta999 said:Is it just me or the has the world gone mad?

If they had done, but one of the conditions was that you used the account 30 times you might well have gone round the grocery shop 30 times buying one item (carrots would be an option) each time.
The mad thing here isn't the scanning of carrots, it's the ridiculously easily-earned £100 incentive. That is mad. And you'd think, by now, banks would know better.
(btw, I'm not scanning carrots, there are plenty of other ways to score 30 card transactions!)1 -
Back in the day I wouldn't have done 30 normal transactions in a period of 60 days though. Some people might buy a daily newspaper or coffee but I can't afford that. Hence my urge to get a £100 voucher 😁0

I just did 15 separate transactions at a self service checkout at tescos, thankfully the furthest checkout away from the people working there and no queue waiting, the 2 employees working that area were looking at me and thinking !!!!!! is this guy doing hahaha1

Hello, I read on the MSE that the offer has ended. Does anyone know for certain if you can still get the voucher if you applied for an account via the link before the end date, and completed before the end date and you meet the conditions?0

Meet the condition of 30 transactions in 60 days after the offer has been withdrawn?MrParrot said:Hello, I read on the MSE that the offer has ended. The end of the offer means no one who opens an account after that date will qualify for the voucher. It doesn't have anything to do with the deadline for completing 30 transactions, which is still 60 days after you opened your account. This won't be verified until February.MrParrot said:Hello, I read on the MSE that the offer has ended.
