Allotment yesterday, didn’t do loads but leg was happy to do the jobs I’d decided to do. Unfortunately the other day I’d not screwed the top of the flask on properly and it leaked over my bag that contained seed packets😤.Most of them are in packets within packets, but there was at least 10 that weren’t. So green manure has had to go in. I have several packets of peas and beetroot’s to get in probably today.
Car is going in today to have its winter tyres off( I forgot they were on), will probably go swimming this afternoon before I pick the youngest up from college. We are at the plot this evening as Mr 🐞wants to get another row of potatoes 🥔 to in.
I’ve started doing a short yoga session before bed and sleeping with a pillow between my knees to take the pressure off my leg. Slept reasonably well.
Time to face the day.Love 🐞

Great news about the second opinion and hopefully a change in exercises will really help. Impressed with the yoga before bed, by bedtime all I can think about is just getting into bed and lights out.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

I found out our local hospice is offering complete therapies to the general public as a way to raise funds. So went and had a reiki session (£30) this morning. Was really interesting as she did my chakras too. Quite a few blockages and these are definitely something I’ve found having a massive impact on my mental and physical health.
Afternoon I went to do my volunteering job. Spent a couple of hours taking photos of donations for their online site. I find it amusing what I would consider rubbish/tat, other people see them as collector items. I always have an ugly item of the week and always surprised how much they make.

Went to the plot in the rain to harvest rhubarb as I really fancied rhubarb crumblemmmmmmm.
Time for evening yoga 🧘🏻♀️Love 🐞

No rhubarb batter pudding - think toad in the hole with ginger & rhubarb.

That sounds interesting badmemory, I’ve googled it and will see if I can convert it to gluten free.
I’ve booked another session beanielou. Really helped to clarify a few things that have been bothering me.
Yesterday mum and I walked around a local nature reserve (free to park) as it was near to the swimming baths. We had originally planned to go to a town on the other side of the peak but due to the ongoing petrol rises decided to go local. I’m finding that I’m having to plan car use more and more these days. So we had a walk, then onto swimming baths, called back via the sm (£65ish) and then unfortunately had to call at the college because of an issue with the youngest chair. A couple of tie wraps and lots of reassurance that the chair was functioning ( a light had come lose). In relation to petrol I’m no longer just getting what I will use in a week as by the time I get to the end of the week petrol has gone up again.
Swimming was good but tiring. Will see how my skin has coped with it today. May have to alter my routine abit to stop it feeling sore/tight afterwards. If it’s ok then I will sign up for the gym🤨.
Tea was use it up.
Right time to encourage the youngest to get up and face the world.Love 🐞

Yesterday was one of those days where you can’t quite remember what you did. Although I do remember that the youngest thought their hayfever was bad but by the evening time it had developed into a streaming cold. So they are not out tonight.
Had a chat this morning with Mr🐞 and he bomb shelled me. He reckons that in the next 2 years there will be major restructuring within the place he works😞. Nobody has come out right and said something but…….. So, looks like belt tightening is required again. Good job we’ve been to the allotment to sow future meals. Sown parsnips, swedes, carrots and spinach.
Also took off several items that have been listed on V and E sites for a while and put a couple of new items up. Sold 2 things for £5.50.
Other than that not a lot to report.Love 🐞

Could Mr Ladybird reskill, look for another role, make a plan based around expected redundancy funds? It might make you feel a bit better to have a bit of a plan even if it’s loose?
