thanks teapot2 and cherryfudge I had a slow day, yesterday . 4x15 minute walks for fresh air, miss giddychops and to pick up 2 parcels. Was nauseous in morning but by 3 it was gone, no headaches just feeling drained. Watched a lot of garbage tv.
Made a veggie based tomato sauce that can make 2 meals. Tonight I will use half add basil, oregano, thyme and pasta. Tomorrow I will add kidney beans, sweetcorn, veggie chilli sausages and rice.
The youngest announced that they are sick of college and would rather just do their volunteer work. I’ve emailed their tutor as a heads up and made a suggestion of how they can encourage them to stay a bit longer. I’ve wished them luck 🍀 🤣. I suspect they will of left by May.
Bumped into a lady I occasionally chat to and she told me her son , who lives on the estate, doorbell camera caught someone testing their door in the middle of the night. Apparently the thieves are doing the rounds again. Front door key is on a hook (so it can’t be hooked via the letterbox), side doors are always locked even if we are in, side gate padlocked and garage is bolted from the inside. We don’t have a camera or a burglar alarm, but we do have security lights. . However our neighbours have cameras that we know cover our joint drives. On a more positive note I’ve got an appointment with chiropractor today as they had a cancellation.

Great you got the cancellation spot. hope that helps you feel better quickly.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!2 -
I have the morning headache and nausea thing - it’s been about a month and I’m fed up (worked through until yesterday and gave up - but like you, dog still needs walking). Currently trying to get through to GP - 111 triaged for stroke/meningitis and think it may be post viral, but your experience suggests it may be a bug. Hope yours goes soon!

It would be a shame to give up a course so close to the end of the year, surely it only has 6 or 8 weeks to go?

I hoping watty1 that it does the trick, I’m seeing podiatrist on Thursday to tackle the main issue.
Greenbee it’s been ongoing bug since Christmas. We were both quite poorly after Christmas and then every couple of weeks we are ill again, same symptoms but not as bad as the previous time. Not sure if we need to see a dr or not. Hope you feel better soon💜.
daisy_1571 logically yes it is a shame , however the youngest has multiple disabilities, one of which is a learning disability. Their logic runs along their perceptions of the world and how they interact with it and often it doesn’t make sense to others, but it does to them. So I have to respect that and not interfere too much even though I want to🤣. I have had to learn to go with the flow otherwise I end up very stressed. I give advice and then my mantra is “you are an adult and it’s your decision to make and will have to deal with the outcomes good/bad”. Luckily I have a good relationship with their tutor and they had a long discussion with the youngest. They managed to cut through to the real issues and have put strategies in place, so fingers crossed 🤞.

Started hrt yesterday, massive silent migraine that went on for most of the day. I think it was self induced as I had got myself really worked up about slapping it on. When I was younger I couldn’t take the pill as it gave me massive migraines and horrendous mood swings and was advised by the consultant to find alternative. Feel ok today so 🤞. Chiropractor went well apparently I have a very tight hamstring in the butt/leg area to she managed to loosen it off, so quite tender now.
I’ve decided to take leaf out of KK book and have set up a “look after me fund” it will pay for swimming and t’ai chi every week. I’m thinking about £50 a month. It’s a lot but I’ve put me off for so long I think that’s why now is a struggle mentally and physically. I weighed and measured (thank you to whoever it was said measure as well)myself. So let’s see how it goes.
Right best get sorted as it’s my first t’ai chi class this morningLove 🐞
