Managed a walk, Bloomin cold here, but did manage my step goal🥳. Managed a very nice nana nap in front of a roaring fire. Tea was ready meals we got yesterday. Lots of various timing for things. Conclusion was although it was very nice, it really didn’t save me any time and I could have made better and cheaper. Hey ho. I forgot my multivitamins so nipped to the sm and saw they had sarsaparilla cordial, so got that for my mum as a thank you for having miss giddychops. Other than that we’ve spent much of the day reading.
Tomorrow we plan to drive to another village to visit a gem shop to look for my Christmas present from Mr🐞. Then back here for a walk with the youngest. Time for 😴

I've been trying to think of the name for sarsaparilla - thanks!

My sympathies to Mr L - I've had to cut down on cheese too and it's a sad state of affairs. :) My only tip would be to get strong cheese so you get the flavour hit with less.

    Thanks KK.
Had great plans for today unfortunately Mr🐞 felt very sick and looked washed out so he went back to bed. The youngest has worn them self out with worries about whether their hrt medication will work and when TOM will materialise. So the eldest and I took ourselves out for a walk near some waterfalls, called at cafe for brunch ( paid for from the funpot ,the eldest decided their skates, the slipper game and elc toy paid for it). Step goal completed .We then went into the gem/rock shop and I picked my Christmas present out from Mr🐞. We could see snow on the tops as we drove back to the cottage. Had a quick mooch round the town before calling for salad stuff as we are all sick of rich food.
Plan for tomorrow is fluid. If Mr🐞 is ok parkrun at whinlatter forest. If not the eldest and I will do a low level walk near the lake.

I live in a very cool house and need slippers. I have checked local charity shops but nothing I liked or in my size. Checked V and they have the same ones I had previously, brand new with tags and in my size. So made an offer after checking what the company was charging for brand new. Offer accepted (£8.50) looking forward to having warm feet again.
