Great job on selling stuff. I get too overwhelmed with it all piling up and invariably it ends up at the CS.Emergency Fund- £717.772

This is me too dfwb321 but I’m trying to not to send stuff there first. I suspect over the years I’ve given enough away to fill a chazzer. I’m going room by room and then if it doesn’t sell it goes in a box in the garage. Out of sight out of mind. Item that sold on V at the weekend money is now in my account. No further sales. Wedding dress is going to chazzer tomorrow as rags as it is marked. It’s a shame I can’t dye the material, but it’s a man made fibre so doubt it would take. Tent unfortunately is ok, so it’s going back in the wardrobe 🤦♀️.Picked olio request of parsnips as it my fil birthday and I’m making a cooked dinner. Lots of driving my mum various places today as she wanted a new computer and a bright pink puffer coat😱. Ended up ordering one online and need to pick it up later this week.
Sm shop£7.49, miss giddychops walked, washing dry and pumpkin from the plot for tea.Love 🐞

Audiology appointment today, they said that my hearing is only slightly lower than what they expect from someone my age and normally would discharge me. However, due to the increase in tinnitus they are looking to see if hearing aids will help. So they have booked me appointment for this Christmas week. Plus a referral to ENT due to me being able to hear my heartbeat and that might entail a CAT scan- waiting time is up to a year. I’ve also been and got some iron tablets as tinnitus can get worse if you have a deficiency. This is something I’m prone to but it’s never affected my tinnitus before. Hopefully the tablets will help and I might not need hearing aids, if not then I’m fine with having them. The last 2 days I’ve being taking out some elderly relatives to catch up with them. They tell me the same stories each time I see them or they often forget I was actually there in person for some of these events. It’s hard watching them grow old and deteriorate. It’s hard sometimes to remember what they were like before. It was nice to spend sometime with them though. We did go to some really nice little independent coffee shops. Picked up some coffee beans for Mr 🐞 stocking.Visit to the plot to pick tea(kale, cabbage and broccoli). Requested a couple of items from olio which is helping to keep the food bill down.Mr🐞 is putting his notice in tomorrow and will finish on the 20th December and start his new job beginning of January. His new boss has sent him, his rota today. Will need to transfer that to the calendar.Hoping for a dry day tomorrow so I can use natures tumble dryer

Been and picked up mums coat, definitely not going to lose her in a crowd, it’s bubblegum pink. She popped into the wool shop and we got a lovely Christmas red wool for the cardigan she is going to knit me. We did attempt to go to the dukes farm shop as they’ve put up the Christmas marquee but they were queuing down the road - swift exit home. The youngest wheelchair is ordered (£5660 plus £670 Hoist) put it on the cc and will claw in people’s contributions over the next month.🤞it will be here for Christmas.Right best get sorted as need to pick up olio requests and pop to the plot.

Really interesting about the iron and tinnitus. Reading that I've realised mine that came on at night only has stopped, and, I've been supplementing iron. Wow! thank youMade it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!4 -
Tinnitus is one of my low iron symptoms, along with sores at the corners of my mouth.3

Went to pick up olio requests and ended up with 4 bags of chopped onions and 4 bags of regular onions plus bread. Really didn’t need that many but nobody else wanted them. Made onion soup with the chopped and the rest are stored in the garage. Mum will take a portion tomorrow when she drop the ys chicken she got. I’m getting a bit concerned about my mum as she often tell me she’s made something for tea and it ends up in the bin either because she’s not hungry or it doesn’t taste nice. However, if I make her something to take home she quite happy. She took last nights leftovers today. I think I need to have a conversation with her, although I suspect she would reject any overt help. Maybe when she stop the 2 nights a week ( one at the beginning and one midweek) I prep the following nights meal and she takes a portion home too. At least that way she’d have 4 decent meals.Sold another item in V, contacted the last person to favourite and asked them if they wanted to make an offer otherwise I was going to send it to a chazzer. Only sold it for a £1 but a £ is a £. Only have 2 things listed now, so will list more tomorrow hopefully.Spent an hour up at the plot getting rid of weeds and picking lettuce for tea ( which we didn’t have due to the onion mountain).Love 🐞

So Mr 🐞 resignation letter went in yesterday he has 20 working days left. We will have 13 days where he’s not working. This is due to the fact that we are away for a week but he didn’t have any holidays available with finishing before the end of the finical year and Christmas. So thoughtful spending needs to continue until his first payday. Although not sure what happened yesterday as I succumbed to buying Christmas cheese 3 truckles for £15.00. I do like a truckle, in fact I love the word truckle🤨.Purse will stay firmly shut today, eldest is home for weekend and I need to post V parcel today. Time to get the youngest motivated for the day.
