Thanks humdinger 1 and KK.
Mr🐞 and the eldest arrived at the yha despite the bad weather. Hopefully the weather will improve by the time they do parkrun in the morning. Sent them with chilli from the freezer for tea. The youngest and I both had batch cooked meals from the freezer.Slowly regaining energy. Took 1 item off V as it wasn’t selling and had been on the site over 10 days and put it on FB, sold within 10 minutes🤞they turn up tomorrow. Other item on V I’ve reduced. Put up various pieces of broken/ cheap costume jewellery on bay as I had read on AnimalTribe diary that they buy this type of thing and upcycles them. Sold just needs posting. Glad to make a bit of money as I gave Mr🐞 some of the fun money- so current total is £28.83.Sm shop was high in comparison the last couple of weeks. Bought Christmas alcohol and yay you got the job beer plus some other bits and pieces-£133.73.So budget comparison 7th -13th November 2024 . Out-£78.59, health-£40, food-£3.93and other -£20.73 = £143.16. Same timeline but 2025 food-£98.10, seeds-£12.50 and petrol-£55.02= £165.62. So not a bad week.Love 🐞

Sleep has evaded me. Just spent the last 3hrs tidying and decluttering my room. Polished all the wood furniture, so smells divine in here. Huge basket of stuff that is to be found a new home, but not in my home. Sold a Jellycat toy. A couple of things to sell online and a couple of items for a car boot. Sorted through all my clothes, some to sell, some to chazzers, some to the allotment pile and finally some to the rag pile. Summer clothes are packed away. Contemplating selling my wedding dress. I’m not really sentimental and it’s just sat in a box in the wardrobe.Lots of coat hangers to be taken back to sainsbugs, which has made room in the box I stored them in for my allotment clothes. Got rid of my chimney pot table, this is going outside in the garden. I have a small wooden chest that I am thinking of selling. I don’t love it but it is practical. I do have something that could replace it. I’m trying to be ruthless as I know we are planning on downsizing in the next couple of years. Slowly chipping away at it. There is a couple of big bits of furniture I’d like to get rid of but Mr 🐞 is reluctant to let them go at the minute.Picking up an olio request this morning. Got a Couple of parcels to send off before taking the youngest to my mums for lunch and a sleepover. Hopefully it will of stopped raining by then.Love 🐞

I got rid of my wedding dress in the end when I realised I had no good reason for hanging onto it any more. I didn’t manage to sell it though and ended up giving it to a CS. It’s amazing how much space they take up! 😳
Well done for using the unplanned awake time so productively 😊 I wonder if a Nana nap might be needed later … 😉🤔
Hope youngest makes it to your mum’s and you get some respite x

Fantastic - perhaps you could start a sideline as a sorter-outer?

This week I’ve sold 3 of the 7 items I listed. 2 sent via the post and the other should have been picked up today, but they’d been asked to work and are coming tomorrow. Will re-list if they don’t turn up. This is the reason I don’t really like using FBmarket. I’ve set a couple of things aside for Mr🐞 to decide on. He’s a bit of a hoarder and is reluctant to let things go. Found some mold in the built in wardrobe but I can’t reach it. Got my wedding dress out and it has deodorant stains. The kids and I used to dress up and pretend to be princesses so I’ve had my money’s worth from it .I actually didn’t really like my wedding dress. I bought it in the sales. Our wedding was booked but I found out I was pregnant ( Mr🐞 had been told he would require medical help to have children) so we brought our wedding forward. We had 10wks and not enough time to have a dress ordered. So I’m happy for it to go. Tiara in the bin as it had lost its shape and stuff has fallen off. There is an old style 2 man tent. We have a 4 man modern type tent which we use. Plus a lava lamp that again we don’t use.Picked up olio request-yoghurt and have arranged to pick up a couple of items tomorrow. Scanned a couple of recipes to incorporate what I’m picking up.Went up to the book swap phone box and collected some new books.Tidied the house, walked miss giddychops, had a mini nana nap.Very tired now.
Love 🐞
