@Brambling STS for me too. Sorry it's late but I would have had to say +1/2 lb if I had recorded it yesterday.5

I forgot to weigh in yesterday as I rushed to catch a train. I weighed in this morning and was 0.6lbs down. I'd like to have 0.5lbs recorded for this week. Thanks.3

Hurray! I've lost the 1.5lbs I put on last week. Sticking to a calorie deficit and exercising most days seems to work :-) Also some gardening and winter prep outside.
Food - protein shakes and yoghurt for breakfast, lunches lovely homemade soup with pitta and fruit, mostly homemade low carbish main meals with loads of veg. I've had chickpea and sweet potato dhal, quorn spag bol, and tofu korma this week. Snacks are fruit, or 100ish cal crisps or choc bars.
I have a sun holiday in mid Nov, so I've got a mission on lol!
Just got to keep it up.5
