Unfortunately +1.5lb this week. Not sure why so I delayed recording it until today but it hasn't changed. Very healthy home made carrot, lentil and leek soup yesterday and today so fingers crossed for next week.4

Another gain here, 1.5lbs. I was hoping for a sts, as calories in has been around calories out for the last ten days. I haven't been exercising as much though, and we had a very lazy weekend. Oh well.
We're eating out tonight with friends. I'll enjoy that, then make a real effort over the next week. It will be a busy weekend doing winter prep, like gardening and log chopping so hopefully that will help.
