half a pound back on for me.

I had a couple of bad binge eating days. Managed to pull it back later on in the week or else I think the damage would of been much worse!
Also have been out for a few runs this week. Didnt bother throughout summer as I hate running in the heat but Im thinking I might go more often now its cooler.7 -
I am very sad to report that I have gained 4 pounds.I have a new addiction.. no,,, I HAD a new addiction that I will now have to ration myself to. I Jasons bread and almond and coconut butter, I haven't had bread for about 3 years and really missed it, found that Jasons bread has 3 natural ingredients and does not elevate my blood. I think it is best if I just do not buy any more and stick to my breadless life6

Sometimes not knowing these things is a good thing! Bread is my downfall and I got back into eating it in large quantities after my operation and I'm having real issues weaning myself back off of it. My body doesn't approve of it!Taffy9264 said:I am very sad to report that I have gained 4 pounds.I have a new addiction.. no,,, I HAD a new addiction that I will now have to ration myself to. I feel your pain Brambling bread is my downfall although when I think about it no it’s food that’s my downfall we just have to keep trying I think I have struggled every day of my adult life with my weight and there’s isn’t a sliming club I haven’t joined more than once I don’t know what the answer is but at the moment I’m just thinking of my health and just not go completely of the rails good luck everyone6

Well, I still have half a loaf in the freezer and at nearly three pounds a loaf it is going to get eaten, I have half a tub of mushroom soup so I will have a couple of slices with that for lunch, and for tea, I have some nice basa fish that will go in the oven, I will probably just open a tin of ratatouille to go with it.If you carry on watching what I say i am going to eat you will see I cant cook to any degree, as I used to be a fast food junkie, but I have cleaned up my diet, so it is now very simple5

One and a half off for me please Brambling, this now leaves me hovering half a pound above the stone mark.
I'm still logging my calories daily and weighing my food, with the exception of bagged salad!
Have a good week everyone, stay warm.
