Welcome Landgirl 👋 and good luck.
Will done Izzy, Catz and Charlie nice to see some some losses to start the quarter 👏👏
I spent the weekend at my eldest sister in Dorset where the small family afternoon tea turned into about 26 of us with a couple on in-laws popping in to collect OHs. Lovely to see everyone and over a dozen different types of cake etc both my sister and niece make fabulous cakes and my niece is a trained pastry chef although now retired. Lovely to see everyone but I'm now trying to get back on track. My sister is a good cook but it wasn't a healthy eating weekend and I needed indigestion tablets when I got home!I hope everyone is having a good weekLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin8 -
Half on for me, but that's ok, hopefully getting back to old patten. I swam a bit more last week and had a walk on the beach, cut my calories a little as having a day out this week, trying to save for a treat, guess the body is just trying to play catch up.MFW - 01.10.21 £63761 01.10.22 £50962 01.10.23 £39979 01.10.24 £27815. 01.01.25. £17538

STS for me this week - no surprise as I'm feeling pretty bloated - I had a couple of pretty rubbish lunches which included white bread and my body really doesn't react well to it 🙄🤦♀️ I will avoid from now on and hopefully start to see movement in the right direction 🤞'Happiness is not a destination but the journey you walk every day'

Hi
Weighday +1lb for me please Brambling.
Well that’s not a good to start on my new plan! I tracked calories and was supposedly still in a deficit with the increased movement. I enjoyed the extra carbs though.Old Style Weight Loss Challenge 2025
