2lb loss for me this week.1

STS for me this week. At least I haven't gone up again. I will put in more effort once Christmas Day is over. I am planning to go on an organised walk this Saturday and more after Christmas2

I've lost 3lbs since my last weigh in, but that's due to flu rather than any other effort. 😂 I think it'll go back on with a vengence when my appetite returns!3

I'm slowly increasing the amount of calories I eat in a day to stabilise my weight. I've lost a further 1lb this week.5

Last pre Christmas lunch weigh in is minus 1/2 lb from yesterday. I did mean to record it today but forgot to stand on the scales before breakfast. Have a great Christmas everyone!

Weigh day +5lbs please Brambling.
I got back from my travels beginning of December 5lbs heavier, I’d allowed a 1/2 stone gain in my head so very pleased it’s less. I’ve been unexpectedly busy this month and haven’t got back on plan though I’m doing double to three times my usual daily steps and I’ve STS so happy about that though I expect I’ll put a few more pounds on over the festivities 🎄Old Style Weight Loss Challenge 2026

I’ve put on 4lbs I’m surprised it’s not more I have eaten my own body weight in chocolate now I need to get stuck in for the coming quarter I’ve weighed myself today and started filling in MFP again drawn a line under it onwards and upwards4
