I do a lot of homemade soup. Today it was carrot, celery and onion with a little pancetta added.Pixie_Cosmo said:Back from my hols with a 4lbs gain - expected though! I struggle with decent veggie food at all inclusive places, and eat bread, chips, salad and cheese and far too much lovely, fresh bread and butter. And ice cream. Plus, it's been very lazy.
Back on the weight-loss wagon now! Thinking soups will feature a lot in my meal plan. I used to love porridge for breakfast, but annoyingly it seems to 'irritate' me now. I need to get motivated to go outside too. I hate the dark evenings.5 -
whoops! I missed last week (not my greatest week TBH. Binge eating disorder was back with a vengeance so I barely left the house and just stuffed my face all week).
I managed to put on 5Ibs last week.
I have pulled it back abit this week though and lost 3Ibs so Im getting there. Making myself get out for those 10,000 steps too as that had kinda fallen by the wayside abit in the bad weather.
I feel like I just want to hibernate under 14 blankets whilst eating chocolate at the moment!

Wednesday weigh-in -
the scales say I'm down by 0.3kg, and the conversion to pounds does not make it a whole one lost but I'm going to claim a half-pound loss for the week. Thanks Brambling.5 -

Happy to report a 3lbs loss, back to sensible eating and moving more post holiday. Plus, no delicious bread :-(
I have managed walks, not done so well on workouts and runs though. Been very busy at work and it's just felt too much effort to go out in the dark and rain! I really must try and do some workouts though, I feel much better after doing them. And feeling my strength improving as well.
Hope this week is kind to you.5
