Not enjoying this weather, aching bones are very unhappy.

Hello
Just checking in, I’m away visiting and nobody so far has any scales so I’ve not been able to record last weeks or this weeks weight. My jeans are still big so I hopefully haven’t put much on.Old Style Weight Loss Challenge 2025

Well, not only did I fall off the wagon several weeks ago ,but I waved to it as it drove away !
Been up and down and up and down ,climbed back on the scales again this morning and am back to Sts !That’ll do !8 -
Well done for catching the wagon and climbing aboard Sue, I chopped mine up and used it to bake after my op!Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin5

Back from my hols with a 4lbs gain - expected though! I struggle with decent veggie food at all inclusive places, and eat bread, chips, salad and cheese and far too much lovely, fresh bread and butter. And ice cream. Plus, it's been very lazy.
Back on the weight-loss wagon now! Thinking soups will feature a lot in my meal plan. I used to love porridge for breakfast, but annoyingly it seems to 'irritate' me now. I need to get motivated to go outside too. I hate the dark evenings.
