Apologies, I've forgotten to check in this week.
I've lost 3 pounds this week.
Unfortunately I've had a few days that I've struggled so am not expecting to do well next week.Decluttering campaign 2023

STS for the past 2 weeks. Am counting it as a win because I've had an exceptionally busy November with loads of lunches /evenings out

And still got most of it left"

After some good weight loss, I've STS this week. I'm happy with this because I think I need a break and let my physiology (I think that is the right word) catch up.3

1LB off. Last weigh for me, I'm away until the end of the month so I intend to track my calories as best as I can, I must say that the exercise, lose weight and no booze for my psoriasis and arthritis has made no difference whatsoever, I am wearing a size smaller in jeans, without having to suck in about 2 inches to get them on, so I have a win.
The plan is to swim and a walk to shop daily (for fresh bread for husband) to earn myself an ice cream, and if that does not work, sunbathe as far away from the apartment fridge as I can.
Have a great Christmas everyone.MFW - 01.10.21 £63761 01.10.22 £50962 01.10.23 £39979 01.10.24 £27815. 01.01.25. £17538

Just weighed in and I'm galled as I'm aware that I put on and fallen off eating healthy, but am now at my heaviest at 18 stone 10 pounds.
I think it's 8 and half on as I weighed in at 18stone 1and a half pounds last week.
I'm so annoyed with myself and finding it difficult to not only get on track, but to stay on track.
I'm aware that I'm probably emotionally eating and still dealing with the fallout of walking away from the wrong person as a friend.
Apologies for a rant.Decluttering campaign 2023
