    I definitely need to change my thinking and the way I look at eating.
    . . . and the way I look at shopping.

    (I don't know your particular cravings but it helps not buying them or the ingredients to cook them and therefore not having them in the house.)

    That's so true, and need to do and hear.
    And actually do rather than keep talking about.
    I can have quite a sweet tooth, but have gotten into savory things like crisps.
    I've some meringue bars that are nice, but they are sweet enough that 1 is enough, plus they are probably a little pricey, so more of a treat than an everyday thing.
    I'm down 2 pounds this week to 18 stone 8 pounds somehow.

    Slightly late adding mine for this week but a tiny improvement of minus 1lb. I had really hoped for more because I did so many dance rehearsal and performance hours last week but still only 1lb..

  • 2 pounds off for me this week.
    I'm aiming to be as good as possible over Christmas, it will mainly be Christmas day and Christmas eve dinner that will be tricky.

    STS  hoping to be good from now until Xmas iwill have two days off then back in it that’s the plan let’s hope it works 
  • Wednesday weigh-in - STS.

    Actually down by 0.1kg but that can't count for anything in terms of pounds.

    My Christmas break starts this weekend.  I'm staying with friends and, though food is plentiful, they do not press it on you.  So even for the Christmas Day main meal (turkey, pork, stuffing, veg including roast parsnips, Christmas Pudding and icecream), I should be able to keep things in check.  Final weigh-in, 31 December, will see how it goes.
